We are looking for a motivated and experienced Immigration Counselor to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to guide clients regarding immigration and visa services.
Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding immigration, study visa, work permit, and PR programs.
- Assess client profiles and suggest suitable immigration options.
- Handle client queries through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into enrollments.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration counseling or a related field (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is preferred.
