Services Associate, Account and Engagement Finance Services
Entry-level (campus hire) role in the SSC, a development platform with strong technical and soft-skill learning, supporting mainstream practitioners through standardized, transactional, analytical, and automation-ready work across finance and contracts-related processes.
Work you'll do
As a Services Associate, Account and Engagement Finance Services on the USI GPS Enabling Areas team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting engagement finance and operational activities including time and expense, billing, accounts receivable, reporting, and reconciliations
- Assisting with financial analysis, project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and contracts-related support activities, as assigned
- Supporting activities involving compliance, procurement, contractual, and security requirements, where applicable
- Collaborating with service offerings within and outside the SSC to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality outputs using standard tools and procedures
- Contributing to training, self-review, process standardization, automation opportunities, and data and insight efforts
The team
USI GPS Enabling Areas (USI GPS EA) is part of the firm’s Enabling Areas function, supporting/partnering to drive financial and operational excellence for the GPS (Government and Public Services) industry in the US regions.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master of Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Accounting or Finance; 2025 graduates only with 0-1 year of experience
- Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting or Finance; 2024-2025 graduates with 0-2 years of experience
- Minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA across all qualifications
- No active backlogs or arrears at the time of application
- Working knowledge of financial accounting concepts including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of professional services metrics and key performance indicators
Preferred:
- Internship, project, or work experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis
- Exposure to Power BI, data analytics, or artificial intelligence tools
