We’re looking for a professional with a strong Internal Audit background who enjoys improving systems, documenting processes, solving business problems, and supporting organizational growth.
Preferred Qualification
* Chartered Accountant (Qualified)
* CA Finalist
* CA Intermediate
* ACCA (Qualified/Finalist)
* Candidates with strong Internal Audit experience from CA firms are highly preferred.
Experience
* 2–5 years of relevant experience.
* Strong exposure to Internal Audit assignments.
* Experience in Risk-Based Internal Audit, SOP development, and process documentation will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Audit
* Plan and coordinate Internal Audit assignments.
* Prepare Risk-Based Audit Programs.
* Evaluate internal controls and identify business risks.
* Prepare audit working papers and documentation.
* Draft Internal Audit Reports with practical recommendations.
* Follow up on implementation of audit observations.
Business Operations
* Coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
* Monitor project progress and internal workflows.
* Support resource planning and work allocation.
* Improve operational efficiency.
Process Development
* Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Create internal checklists and templates.
* Standardize service delivery processes.
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
