Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and client-focused Creative Visualizer to lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and the creative team by understanding client requirements, developing effective content strategies, coordinating with designers and content creators, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creatives.
This role requires strong creative thinking, excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of social media marketing and branding.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Coordination
- Meet with clients to understand their business, objectives, target audience, and campaign requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate client expectations into actionable creative briefs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
- Present creative ideas, campaign concepts, and content strategies to clients.
- Coordinate revisions and ensure client feedback is effectively implemented.
Creative Planning & Strategy
- Develop monthly social media content plans and campaign calendars.
- Conceptualize creative campaigns aligned with the client's marketing goals.
- Create detailed creative briefs for designers, content writers, and video editors.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and current social media trends.
- Brainstorm innovative ideas to improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
Team Coordination
- Manage the daily workflow of the social media, design, content, and video teams.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate between departments to maintain smooth project execution.
- Review creatives before they are shared with clients or published.
Quality Control
- Ensure all creatives meet quality standards and brand consistency.
- Review content for visual appeal, messaging, and platform suitability.
- Maintain consistency across all digital marketing assets.
Campaign Management
- Monitor campaign execution and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
- Suggest improvements based on campaign performance and client feedback.
- Keep track of project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Market Research
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design trends, and competitor activities.
- Research industry best practices and recommend new creative approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Social Media Management, Creative Strategy, Client Servicing, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience coordinating creative teams and handling multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of branding, content marketing, and social media platforms.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
