Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details.
- Handle inbound inquiries from various marketing channels.
- Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
