This job requires sophisticated interaction with our clients who are elite. So good personality and good communication skill in Hindi, Marathi and English. Appointment booking over the phone and in person on a software is needed. Answering calls over mobile provided by us is needed. Scheduling of appoinments is part of the job. Giving information about the establishment , the membership programs etc is expected. We need candidates with hospitality experience like 5 star and 4 star hotel front desk. Minimum experience expected is 2 years
