Job Role (What You Will Do)
- Handle daily office work and coordination
- Manage calls, emails, and basic communication
- Maintain records and documents (Excel / files)
- Schedule meetings and support the team
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Help in reports and basic data work
- Ensure office runs smoothly every day
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in admin / office work
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
