We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles with minimum 1 to 3 years of Experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates
- Assist in onboarding formalities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools
- Basic MS Excel and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹280,000.00 per year
