Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards at the site.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project managers.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
