Required candidate for Customer Service Associate
Role and Responsibility
Need manage product support, handle warranty claims, coordinate service requests, and ensure high customer satisfaction post-purchase.
Record all customer interactions, product complaints, and service requests
Coordinate with service engineers and technicians to schedule on-site installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, or corrective repair visits.
Follow-up with Service Engineers and generate daily reports
Multi-Tasking under Pressure
Knowledge of Tally
Proficient in MS office
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
