Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end programs and initiatives
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate between teams (tech, content, operations, etc.)
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities
