The Office Lady is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the office premises while providing support in pantry management and basic office assistance to ensure a comfortable and organized work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping & Cleaning
- Clean and maintain office premises, including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, reception area, pantry, and washrooms.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize office areas regularly.
- Ensure washrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Dispose of waste and maintain proper waste segregation.
Pantry Management
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area.
- Monitor pantry supplies and inform the administration team about replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper storage of pantry items.
Office Support
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Serve refreshments during meetings and office events.
- Support administrative staff with basic office-related tasks when required.
- Assist in receiving and guiding visitors.
Inventory & Maintenance
- Maintain records of housekeeping and pantry consumables.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the concerned department.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used properly and stored safely.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of housekeeping and hygiene standards.

Qualification
- Minimum: SSC/10th Pass (preferred).
- Prior experience in housekeeping, office assistance, or pantry services is preferred.
