Role Overview:
The Business Intelligence Analyst transforms raw data into actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role involves, developing dashboards, and analyzing trends to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain BI dashboards and reports.
- Gather, Analyze and interpret data from various sources to product accurate and timely reports
- Continuously improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Standardize reporting processes and improve data workflows.
- Support decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for data integration.
Required Skills:
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, DOMO Tableau, etc.)
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Advanced Google Spreadsheet skill
- Should have strong skills in Excel formulas data modelling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Comput er Science, or related field.
