Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising).
- Manage and optimize company website content for SEO and user experience.
- Handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and create engaging content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Generate leads and improve conversion rates through marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers for campaign development.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (1–3+ years typical).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (optional but beneficial).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- Content creation and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with graphic tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Email marketing and automation experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
