- Documentation & Billing: Prepare and process delivery challans, bills, invoices, and Goods Transport Notes (LRs).
- Driver Coordination: Communicate with drivers regarding dispatch schedules, assigned routes, and delivery statuses.
- Record Keeping: Maintain logs for trip sheets, vehicle maintenance, and driver attendance.
- Expense Management: Track fuel usage, toll taxes, and other travel-related expenses.
- Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and manage office supplies.
- Compliance: Organize and file critical transport documents like vehicle insurance, permits, and pollution certificates.
- Data Entry: Update company transport management systems or Microsoft Excel with daily dispatch and receiving data. [1, 2]
