Senior Design Engineeer
Experience: 8-12 years in related sectors (e.g., automated machinery, automotive, machine tools).
Preferred: Experience in the Oil & Gas machinery sector.
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
CAD/PLM Proficiency: Deep experience with NX software. The candidate must go beyond simple "drafting" and possess a thorough understanding of complex assembly logic.
Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes: Comprehensive understanding of milling, turning, and laser cutting. We believe a senior profile must know exactly how a designed part is physically manufactured to mitigate operational risks.
GD&T Standards (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing): Essential. Must be able to interpret and apply stringent tolerances (typical of high-end Italian mechanical engineering).
Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills)
English Communication: Fluent, with a specific ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts.
Mentorship: Proven experience in coaching and developing junior team members.
Ownership: A proactive attitude toward taking responsibility for mistakes rather than concealing them.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
