Responsibilities:
- Manage daily service operations and team performance.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor service quality, productivity, and departmental targets.
- Coordinate with spare parts and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
- 3–7 years of experience in service management (preferably automotive).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of service operations and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
Pay: ₹14,222.31 - ₹47,340.36 per month
