Job Overview
Arabian Villa is looking for an experienced and responsible Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the villa. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in managing hospitality properties, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high service standards, and delivering an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the property.
* Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, front desk, and maintenance teams.
* Ensure the villa is clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests at all times.
* Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
* Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and overall performance.
* Maintain inventory of housekeeping, kitchen, and operational supplies.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
* Prepare daily operational reports and update the management regularly.
* Monitor operational expenses and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience: 5–8 years as a Property Manager, Hotel Manager, Resort Manager, or in a similar hospitality role.
* Qualification: Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Good understanding of hospitality operations and guest service.
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Preferred Skills
* Experience managing villas, resorts, hotels, or luxury hospitality properties.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
* Flexible to work on weekends and holidays, if required.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
