*About the Role*
Skyeagle Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-focused Operations Head to lead and manage the successful delivery of multiple industrial construction projects across various locations.
The Operations Head will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, procurement coordination, cost control, quality, safety, client relationship management, and operational excellence. The role requires ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual commitments and quality standards.
The incumbent will provide leadership to Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Safety teams, and subcontractors while ensuring effective coordination with Procurement, Accounts, Contracts, and Management.
This position is critical to driving operational efficiency, mitigating project risks, maintaining client satisfaction, and improving overall project profitability.
*Roles & Responsilibilty:*
Lead and manage multiple industrial construction projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Monitor project planning, execution, and progress.
Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors.
Lead Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, and site teams.
Control project costs, budgets, and resource utilization.
Manage client meetings, project reviews, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Prepare MIS reports, project status updates, and performance dashboards.
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Master's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
*Experience*
- 12–18 years of experience in industrial construction or infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations or project management leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹820,000.00 - ₹1,660,000.00 per month
