Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with companies, startups, educational institutions, government bodies, incubators, communities, and organizations for sponsorships and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners before, during, and after the event.
- Reach out to potential sponsors through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and meetings.
- Recruit, coordinate, and manage volunteers for the hackathon.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all partnership commitments.
- Track sponsor deliverables and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed daily and weekly reports of outreach activities, meetings, follow-ups, volunteer status, and event progress.
- Ensure all stakeholders remain aligned with timelines and project goals.
- Represent the organization at networking events, colleges, startup meetups, and community gatherings whenever required.
- Support the overall planning and successful management of the hackathon.
