iring: Samsara Expert – Ludhiana
We are looking for an experienced Samsara Expert to join our office team in Ludhiana.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor Samsara ELD accounts and driver logs.
- Review and correct HOS and logbook violations.
- Monitor driver activity, duty status, and ELD compliance.
- Handle unidentified driving and logbook issues.
- Assist drivers with Samsara-related technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure DOT compliance.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and the compliance team.
- Prepare reports and assist with audits when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with Samsara ELD is preferred.
- Good knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and HOS rules.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates based in or willing to work in Ludhiana are preferred.
