Job Summary:
SS Hyundai is seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to oversee and manage the overall service operations of the dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient workshop operations, and achieving service performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service department
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively
- Monitor and improve workshop productivity and efficiency
- Lead, train, and supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and manufacturer guidelines
- Track service KPIs, revenue targets, and profitability
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automobile service operations
- Prior experience in a managerial role preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of dealership management systems and service processes
- Automobile industry experience is mandatory
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 (based on experience) + Incentives
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
