A. Human Resources (HR) Functions
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of all staff.
- Maintain employee records, joining files, and HR documentation.
- Prepare and manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and salary structures.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Handle performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, contracts, etc.).
- Support workforce planning and manpower budgeting.
B. Quality & Accreditation Functions
- Implement and monitor Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop, maintain, and control SOPs, policies, manuals, and formats.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards (NABH / internal quality standards).
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
- Manage incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor quality indicators and patient safety goals.
- Coordinate continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
- Conduct staff training on quality, safety, and documentation.
- Maintain records related to quality, audits, and accreditation.
