We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing day-to-day sales operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth sales processes from lead generation to order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Accounts teams
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and MIS dashboards
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and follow-ups
- Track sales performance and pipeline status
- Schedule meetings, calls, and client follow-ups
- Assist in forecasting and sales planning activities
- Ensure timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support or coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
