Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned customers daily, including ice cream parlours, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hotels, supermarkets, and retail stores.
Generate new business by identifying and onboarding new customers.
Take customer orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery.
Collect cash and cheque payments from customers and hand them over to the accounts team on the same day.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Promote new products, offers, and seasonal flavours. Ensure freezers, branding materials, and product displays are maintained at customer locations.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets. Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the Sales Manager.
Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with internal teams.
Requirements Any degree or Intermediate qualification. 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, dairy, beverages, or food product sales is preferred.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
Good communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
