The Stone Cladding is looking for an energetic, proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to handle showroom sales, customer leads and field marketing activities.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of sales, build relationships with customers and generate business rather than only make routine calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and handle walk-in customers at the showroom
- Follow up with incoming leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Convert enquiries into showroom visits, site meetings and sales
- Build genuine conversations and relationships with potential customers
- Conduct regular field visits to identify ongoing residential and commercial construction sites
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders and contractors
- Generate new business opportunities through field marketing
- Maintain complete lead records including customer details, exact site location, project stage and follow-up dates
- Share catalogues, product images and relevant design options with customers
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Coordinate basic showroom operations, customer requirements and order-related activities
- Maintain a proper daily and weekly sales pipeline
- Take ownership of pending leads and follow-ups without constant supervision
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, building materials, tiles, marble, granite, sanitaryware, hardware, interiors, construction materials or related industries preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Energetic and confident personality
- Comfortable with both showroom sales and field marketing
- Ability to convert leads into meetings and customer visits
- Good follow-up and record-maintenance discipline
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps and lead tracking
- Two-wheeler driving ability
What We Are Looking For
We are specifically looking for a person who takes initiative and ownership. This is not a call-centre or purely desk-based role. The candidate should be comfortable handling customers at the showroom as well as going into the market to generate new business.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Very Attractive Incentive Policy
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
