Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Visualiser with 8–10+ years of expertise, specializing in exterior architectural visualization. The role requires strong artistic direction, technical mastery, and leadership to deliver premium-quality exterior renders, aerial views, and large-scale development visuals for real estate and architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production of high-quality exterior architectural renders, including master plans, aerial views, streetscapes, and building façades
- Define and maintain visual quality standards for all exterior visualization work
- Oversee and mentor a team of 3D visualisers; conduct reviews and quality checks
- Interpret architectural drawings, elevations, sections, and site plans accurately
- Collaborate closely with architects, urban designers, landscape designers, and project managers
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery commitments
- Handle client presentations, feedback, and revision cycles
- Develop and optimize workflows for exterior lighting, landscaping, materials, and environment creation
- Stay updated on global trends in architectural visualization and real estate marketing
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10+ years of professional experience in architectural visualization, with a strong portfolio focused on exterior projects
- Advanced proficiency in:
- 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender
- V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Unreal Engine (any relevant tools)
- Photoshop (advanced post-production)
- Deep understanding of:
- Exterior lighting (day, dusk, night scenes)
- Materials, façades, glazing, and environmental realism
- Landscaping, terrain, vegetation, and site context
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and real-world construction logic
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and visual consistency
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Preferred
- Experience with large real estate developments, townships, commercial complexes, or high-rise projects
- Aerial visualization and drone-style camera composition
- Real-time visualization (Unreal Engine)
- International client exposure
