Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to implementation partners, staffing vendors, and direct clients.
- Search for suitable job requirements through job portals and vendor networks.
- Coordinate consultant submissions and interview schedules.
- Follow up with vendors regarding submitted profiles and client feedback.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and clients.
- Maintain daily reports and update CRM/Excel trackers.
- Learn US IT staffing processes, visa types, and recruitment terminology.
- Work towards daily and monthly submission targets.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in Bench Sales, US IT Staffing, Sales, or Recruitment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
- Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Interest in Sales, Recruitment, or US IT Staffing.
- Basic understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD) is an added advantage.
