- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Promote and sell textile products to wholesalers, retailers, garment manufacturers, and other clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on inquiries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback reports.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
