Job Overview
We are hiring Telecaller Executives for Real Estate, Construction, and Interiors. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to handle assigned leads and convert enquiries into successful bookings. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining project details, understanding customer requirements, and arranging site visits in coordination with the sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for continuous follow-up with clients throughout the sales cycle until booking and closure. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, updating follow-up status and remarks in the CRM system, and coordinating with Sales, CRM, Documentation, and Registration teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and interact with prospective customers.
- Explain project details and understand customer requirements.
- Arrange meetings and site visits for the Sales Executive.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain customer relationships.
- Support payment reminders and collections when required.
- Update customer details, follow-ups, and remarks in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales and other internal teams.
- Achieve lead conversion and site visit targets.
- Maintain call quality and productivity standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Interiors will be an added advantage.
- Graduates / Undergraduates preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Languages: Tamil and English.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
