- End-to-end IT recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience in C2H and C2C hiring
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, job portals, and references
- Experience in technical hiring across multiple technologies
- Candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and offer closure
- Good understanding of IT technologies and market trends
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
