This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Educational Counselor Sales position located in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for offering counselling and sales services to students aiming to study overseas. The successful candidate will liaise with universities, identify prospective students, provide them with excellent customer care, and ensure effective communication. The candidate will also be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly targets and following up with leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective students and universities
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work, and manage time effectively
- Experience in the education sector or related fields is preferred
- Good knowledge of the overseas education system along with visa requirements and related procedures
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
