Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis: Execute advanced data entry and generate analytical reports using Microsoft Excel for leadership review.

Executive Coordination: Lead the scheduling of high-level meetings, corporate calendars, and cross-departmental activities.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for professional email correspondence, calls, and internal announcements.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations departments to streamline reporting, scheduling, and documentation workflows.
Key Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

Tech Skills: Mastery of MS Office 365 (Excel/Word) and Google Workspace.

Work Schedule
