Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies and corridors according to resort standards
- Change bed linens, towels and replenish guest amenities
- Ensure rooms are clean, hygienic and ready before guest check-in
- Report maintenance issues, lost & found items and damaged equipment to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Handle guest requests courteously and promptly
- Follow resort cleanliness, safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment and cleaning supplies
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred
- Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in shifts
- Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties
