We are looking for a confident, results-oriented Telecaller Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and driving sales growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain an accurate database of customer interactions and lead status.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and meet monthly targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Telecaller, Inside Sales, or in a similar Customer Service role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
- Persuasion: Strong ability to convince customers and handle objections.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and CRM software is a plus.
- Attitude: Disciplined, patient, and able to handle high-volume calling.
