Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Architect / Real Estate Design Architect to join our technical team at Imperial Lifestyle Pvt Ltd. You will be responsible for overseeing architectural design, concept planning, working drawings, statutory compliance approvals (MBMC/VVMC/RERA), and coordinating with execution teams and external consultants for residential and commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Concept Planning: Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and master plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Statutory Compliance & Approvals: Ensure designs conform to local building bylaws, FSI regulations, DCR (Development Control Regulations), and municipal sanction standards (VVMC/RERA).
- Working Drawings & Coordination: Prepare detailed working drawings, GADs, and structural coordination plans for site execution.
- Consultant Coordination: Liaise with structural engineers, MEP consultants, landscape architects, and liaison officers to finalize integrated project drawings.
- Site Inspections & Quality Check: Visit site locations to verify that execution matches approved architectural drawings and quality specs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
