We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Teachers to support classroom teaching and learning activities. The ideal candidates should be passionate about working with children, assisting lead teachers in delivering lessons, maintaining classroom discipline, and creating a positive learning environment. Freshers with a strong interest in teaching are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in planning and conducting classroom activities.
- Support students during lessons, assignments, and group activities.
- Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom resources.
- Monitor student behavior and maintain classroom discipline.
- Provide individual attention to students who require additional support.
- Assist in organizing school events, activities, and educational programs.
- Supervise students during recess, field trips, and other school activities.
- Maintain student records and assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Education will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in a school environment will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
