Job Description:
Navabharat is looking for an experienced finance professional to manage banking operations and ensure smooth financial and compliance processes. The role requires strong knowledge of loan handling, banking coordination, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day banking operations and coordinate with banks
- Monitor loan accounts, repayments, and interest calculations
- Liaise with banks for term loans, working capital limits, and documentation
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports
- Handle loan disbursement, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Ensure timely submission of stock statements, CMA data, and other bank requirements
- Oversee accounting, reconciliations, and audit support
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and loan processes
- Financial analysis and cash flow management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
