We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products or services.
- Handle inbound customer queries politely and efficiently.
- Maintain records of calls and customer details in the database.
- Follow up on leads and ensure successful sales closures (if applicable).
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
- Maintain good communication and interpersonal skills to build customer trust.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Fresher or 1-2years of telecalling/telemarketing/customer support experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM & Excel)
- Positive attitude and persuasive skills
