Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand weight loss and wellness goals.
- Explain slimming treatments, wellness programs, and service packages to clients.
- Recommend suitable programs based on client requirements.
- Convert walk-in and inquiry leads into program enrollments.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff to ensure smooth client experience.
- Maintain records of consultations, leads, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly consultation and sales targets.
