We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the cement, steel, paints, or related building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and project customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
- Participate in promotional activities, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, any graduate .
- 1–5 years of sales experience in Cement, Steel, Paints, Construction Materials, or Building Products.
- Strong network with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
