Lead Consultant
Location & Deployment:
We have two openings:
- Vadodara (1 Position): Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Vadodara.
- Surat (1 Position): Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Surat. The selected candidate will initially be deployed to a client project in Vadodara for approximately one year. Upon successful completion of the project, the candidate will be relocated to our Surat office
Educational Qualification
B.E / B.Tech (Preferred)
Experience Required
8–10 years of experience
Hands-on experience in 5S, Control Plan, and Internal Audits
Certified/Internal Auditor (TUV / BVQI / ISO 9001:2015 preferred)
Experience as ISO Lead Consultant (TUV / BVQI or equivalent preferred)
Experience working as MR (Management Representative/Assistant MR/ Executive) in QMS department
Hands-on experience in ISO system implementation and compliance management
Salary
₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience and competency)
Job Purpose
The Lead Consultant will be responsible for handling and managing multiple projects, ensuring proper execution as per client requirements. The role includes driving 5S implementation, supporting Lean practices, ISO system and coordinating with clients for day-to-day project activities. The consultant will guide team members, track project progress, and ensure achievement of desired outcomes within defined timelines.
Job Profile / Key Responsibilities
* Independently handle and deliver consulting projects
* Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
* Drive 5S implementation across client organizations
* Develop and deploy Control Plans for quality assurance
* Conduct Internal Audits as per ISO 9001:2015 standards
* Coordinate with clients and ensure timely completion of project deliverables
* Guide and mentor junior consultants/team members
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
* Work closely with shop floor teams and cross-functional departments

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
