Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Backend Sales fresher role based in Coimbatore. The role involves handling incoming sales inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems. The team member will support the sales team with order processing, follow-up calls and emails, and coordination with production and logistics for timely delivery. Daily tasks include updating sales reports, assisting with basic documentation, and providing clear communication to customers on product details, pricing, and timelines. The position offers training and guidance to help new graduates build a strong foundation in industrial sales operations.
Qualifications
- Fresher’s/Experience qualifications such as a MBA (Marketing) ,bachelor’s degree or diploma , or related fields are preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact clearly with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and customer service skills, including inquiry handling, follow-up, and relationship-building.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, such as data entry, record maintenance, and report preparation.
- Candidates should possess computer literacy, preferably with experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP tools.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn technical product information.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate within a team, and adapt to a manufacturing and industrial sales environment is essential.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
