We are looking for Telecallers (Interns/Freshers) to handle inbound and outbound customer calls and assist in client follow-ups.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary details.
Maintain customer database and follow up on leads.
Provide basic product information and resolve customer queries.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Field)
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools (preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
