About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to expand our market presence and drive sales of Galvanized Iron (GI) Wires and Steel Products. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for GI Wires and Steel Products.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, traders, and industrial clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and effective communication.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments within the steel and wire industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in the wire, steel, metal, manufacturing, or related industry will be preferred.
- Candidates currently residing in Chhattisgarh or having a strong understanding of the local market will be preferred.
- An existing network of dealers, distributors, traders, fabricators, or customers within the steel industry will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
