- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive will play a vital role in managing relationships with offline retail staff and distributors in the electronic mobile accessories industry. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure smooth operations, maintain client satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will address retailer and distributor needs, ensure effective communication, and implement strategies to enhance sales and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with offline staff, retail partners, and distributors to ensure satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for retailers and distributors, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s electronic mobile accessories to provide accurate information and assistance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure retailers have adequate inventory and promotional materials.
- Monitor retailer performance, ensuring adherence to sales targets and addressing any challenges proactively.
- Gather and analyze feedback from retailers to identify areas for product improvement and service enhancement.
- Conduct regular visits to retail locations to provide training, collect insights, and strengthen relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales data, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on customer engagement and sales performance to management.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: - 0-3 Years
- Strong understanding of retail operations and offline sales channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with retailers and distributors.
- Ability to address complaints and resolve issues in a proactive and professional manner.
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software or tools.
- Familiarity with the electronic mobile accessories market is a significant advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in training or mentoring retail staff.
- Knowledge of local markets and customer preferences in the region.
