Inside Sales Representative - IMMEDIATE JOINER
Fresher - 14K
Experienced - Above 17k + Incentive(Based on the experience)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- New clients onboarding
- Retain & Grow Existing Business
- Identify Business Opportunities
- Negotiate and Close Business Deals
- Answer phones and book reservations for customers based on availability listed in the system.
- Upsell tickets to clients by recommending higher-end seats or suggesting VIP tickets.
- Process online reservations and update the system to reflect the new status for each event
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
- Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives
- Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up
- Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
