Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Head to lead the Human Resources function for our growing F&B; and hospitality business. The role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development across corporate and operational teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Lead talent acquisition for corporate, hotel, restaurant, and operational roles Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, retention, and exits Drive performance management and leadership development initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR policies Design compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs Build a strong organizational culture focused on service excellence Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters Collaborate with department heads to support manpower planning and workforce optimization Lead HR analytics, reporting, and HR process improvements
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹83,333.00 per month
