Roles & Responsibilities
- Interact with customers regarding bank loan products
- Generate leads through branch and open market sourcing
- Explain loan eligibility, benefits, and documentation requirements to customers
- Assist customers throughout the loan application process
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and branch staff
- Follow up with customers for document collection and loan processing
- Update leads and customer status regularly
