Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the supplier base across key manufacturing processes including fabrication, castings, machining, stampings, forgings, extrusions, plastics, and assemblies.
Drive supplier On-Time Delivery, quality, capacity, responsiveness, and overall performance.
Partner closely with the Quality function on supplier performance management.
Participate in regular supplier performance reviews, address commercial and operational issues, and support recovery plans for underperforming suppliers.
Own and deliver annual cost savings and sourcing productivity through negotiations, alternate sourcing, benchmarking, VA/VE, and supplier development.
Identify, qualify, and develop new suppliers to improve competitiveness and reduce single-source dependency.
Ensure supplier capacity and capability are aligned with current and future business requirements.
Proactively identify supply risks and drive mitigation and recovery plans.
Support NPI and Program Management teams with supplier selection, development, sample/prototype timelines, and production readiness.
Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, lead times, and capacity commitments.
Build and lead a high-performing sourcing team with clear ownership and accountability.
Work closely with Program Management, Quality, NPI, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to support customer requirements and BU objectives.

Job Requirement
15+ years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Supplier Development with leadership experience.
Strong experience working with manufacturing suppliers and outsourced manufacturing models.
Experience across multiple manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, castings, forgings, stampings, extrusions, and assemblies preferred.
Proven track record in improving supplier performance and delivering measurable cost savings.
Strong commercial negotiation, supplier management, and manufacturing cost analysis skills.
Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
